Student Ministry.

Launching the next generation into the life-giving way of Jesus.

Wednesday nights.

Our student ministry meets at Elmwood on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Each Wednesday we gather for a mix of games, Bible teaching, small group discussion, and sometimes music.

MINISTRY TEAMS

At Elmwood, our students are not spectators watching adults do ministry. Our students are integrated into the life of our church and serve on many different ministry teams — tech, worship band, NextGen, hospitality.

Student events.

STUDENT LOCK-IN

About once a year, Elmwood hosts a student lock-in. This overnight experience is filled with group games, snacks, movies, and more!

FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN

One of our favorite places to serve is Feed My Starving Children.

DISTRICT YOUTH CONFERENCE

Each spring our students attend the District Blitz Youth Conference. The conference includes keynote speakers, breakout sessions, music, prayer, time to volunteer in the community, and plenty of time to hang out and build relationships.

Camp.

Our students love to attend Fall Fling and Winter Wipeout at Camp Shamineau, and many of our students attend summer camp as well. Whether at Shamineau or somewhere else, we encourage all our students and families to enjoy camp experiences together.

Bible Project resources.

The Bible Project produces some of the most helpful resources for learning how to read and understand the Bible. We occasionally use their videos on Wednesday nights! Check out their website and YouTube channel for more.
